Dalton Camp
Description
A Toronto Star editor ordered the art department to “Fix side burns” on this photo of Dalton Camp, Canadian journalist and Progressive Conservative party strategist. The altered sideburn image was used in the newspaper on July 26, 1969 as a small head shot.
