Architectural model, Competition entry 401, City Hall and Square Competition, Toronto, 1958, by Viljo Revell of Finland. Stage two model in situ showing surrounding Toronto buildings. Two curved facing towers of unequal height with rounded low chamber between. Higher tower is on the east (right) side. This entry was a finalist and the winner of the competition.
