I used to go to the Boys and Girls House location at 40 St George in the 1970's.

Me and my brothers would come up on Huron Street and come through the backside to enter the front doors.It was a cool library for sure, in the back was a small theatre where they played movies or puppet shows I remember. I guess they must of knocked down the building for the present Bahen Building.

Come to think of it, my favourite memory at the Boys and Girls House is running in and going straight to magazine rack to check out the Tintin adventure series. I read them all except the last two bonus ones. For whatever reason they didn't have them. I plan on introducing Tintin to my nephews and nieces when they get a bit older.
